Yes. Faith is woven into counseling in a respectful and invitational way. I believe our personal stories are part of God’s larger narrative—creation, fall, redemption, and consummation. Clients who prefer a strictly clinical approach without faith integration are also welcome.

Individual Counseling (anxiety, depression, stress, identity, spiritual concerns, OCD, trauma, addiction)

Couples Counseling (Emotionally Focused Therapy, Christian marriage work, conflict cycles, attachment repair)

Family Counseling (systems-based, communication, parent/teen conflict, 360° relational wisdom)

Your first session is designed to be calm, welcoming, and structured. We will:

  1. Review your intake forms
  2. Explore what brings you in
  3. Identify goals and hopes for counseling
  4. Begin mapping the patterns, emotions, and stories that shape your life or relationship

Standard counseling sessions are 60 minutes.

Extended sessions for couples (75–90 minutes) are available upon request.

Most clients start with weekly sessions, then gradually transition to biweekly or monthly sessions as progress is made. Couples often benefit from 60-minute weekly sessions early in the process.

I use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), attachment theory, and Christian wisdom to help couples:

  • Understand their negative cycle
  • Rebuild emotional safety
  • Restore trust and connection
  • Communicate with compassion
  • Reconnect spiritually and relationally
