Caregiver Support

In caregiver support sessions, I use education about dementia related diseases to help you understand your loved one’s changing abilities and create more calm, meaningful moments together. Helping you identify what is working well and what needs to change to better assist the PLWd (Person living with the disease) and you as the caregiver. You’ll learn practical communication techniques, environmental adjustments, and compassionate care strategies that reduce stress and resistance. My goal is to support both you and your loved one, bringing clarity, confidence, and grace into the caregiving journey.
